Multi-Collects give you an opportunity to reduce your travel time while increasing your fees.
If you choose to accept a Multi-Collect offer, you should present both order numbers to the restaurant staff for collection upon arrival. You may find it easier to load the 2 orders into different compartments in your thermal bag to differentiate between them. As with all Multi-Collect offers, you will be prompted in app to confirm that you have collected both orders.
Please double check the order reference on the receipt to ensure you are delivering the correct order to the correct customer.
Once you have delivered the first order and marked it as delivered in the courier app, the details of the second order will be shown.

Why are Just Eat implementing Multi-Collects?
Multi-Collects can help to ease pressure on our network during busier times, leading to a smoother courier, customer and restaurant experience. It means you have the opportunity to increase your earning potential by delivering more orders in a shorter space of time. This also has the potential to reduce busyness and waiting times at restaurants
How do I know that I have been offered a Multi-Collect?
You will know the offer includes a Multi-Collect as 2 delivery locations will be shown on the offer screen and you will be prompted to collect 2 orders when you arrive at the restaurant. On the offer screen you will see the fees for each order under headings “Order 1” and “Order 2”
How are the fees calculated?
You will be compensated for the total driving time and distance, plus any applicable fees or incentives. You can see the fees per order on the offer screen before you choose to accept or decline the offer.
What happens if the restaurant refuses to hand over both orders?
The restaurant will be informed through their device of the name of the courier collecting each order. Once you confirm the order references you need to collect, they will be able to validate this on their Orderpad and hand over both orders. If you have any issues at the collection point please use the live chat function in the courier app to get support from an agent.
What happens if I can’t deliver one of the orders?
If you require assistance to complete the delivery please use the live chat function in the courier app to get support from one of our agents. If you are at the customer address, have followed any special instructions and have attempted to contact the customer you will be prompted to wait for 5 minutes before being able to mark that order as delivered and move onto the next delivery.
What if I want to un-assign one of the orders?
As with every offer on the Just Eat Network, you have the freedom to reject a Multi-Collect offer. If you accept the offer and later change your mind, you can un-assign either one or both of the orders by using the live chat function in the courier app. Please bear in mind that the rejection of each order will impact your acceptance rate.
What happens if I can’t manage both orders?
If you arrive at the collection point and are not able to manage both of the orders, please contact us through live chat within the app. We can then assign an additional courier to support you with the orders.
