Terms and Conditions
Just Eat Incentive Program Terms and Conditions
If You have been activated (defined below) by Just Eat Ireland Limited. (hereinafter "Just Eat") as a non-exclusive independent contractor of Just Eat (hereinafter "You" or the "Courier") to provide delivery services (the "Services") on the Just Eat network, You may be eligible to voluntarily participate in offers to earn incentives from time to time (hereinafter the "Incentive Program"). A Courier has been "activated" when they have the ability to deliver orders on the Just Eat network.
By participating in the Incentive Program, You agree to the terms and conditions herein (the "Incentive Program Terms"), the Courier Agreement and Courier Privacy Notice (collectively, the "Terms").
2. Onboarding Incentive
2.1 From time to time, Couriers are provided with the opportunity to earn an Onboarding Incentive.
2.2 In order for You to receive an Onboarding Incentive, You must:
2.2.1 Never have been activated on the Just Eat network in the past (under any name or alias);
2.2.2 Fill out the online application at couriers.just-eat.ie/application; and
2.2.3 Complete the prescribed number of deliveries before the associated end date after you are activated on the Just Eat network.

2.3 The Onboarding Incentive amount and the prescribed number of deliveries may vary by City and may change without notice to You, at Just Eat's sole discretion.
2.4 You shall be entitled to the Onboarding Incentive amount and subject to the prescribed number of deliveries offered at the time you were activated on the Just Eat network.
3. Run Incentive
3.1 From time to time, Couriers are provided with the opportunity to earn a Run Incentive.
3.2 In order for You to receive a Run Incentive, You must:
3.1.1 Be provided with an offer of a Run Incentive in the Mobile Application; 3.2.1 Check in to the zone indicated in the offer; and 3.2.2 Check in and check out of your shift at the time indicated in the offer.

4. Other Incentives
4.1 From time to time, Couriers may be offered other incentives at the sole discretion of Just Eat and on terms and conditions communicated to You at that time.
5. General Terms and Conditions
5.1 Any amounts due to You under the Incentive Program will be remitted automatically on the weekly deposit following the satisfaction of relevant Incentive Program Terms, provided such satisfaction is completed before 5:00 a.m on Monday. If such satisfaction is completed after 5:00 a.m on Monday, the amount due will be remitted on the following weekly deposit.
5.2 You must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in Ireland in order to participate in the Incentive Program.
5.3 Just Eat reserves the right to change any Incentive Program Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice to You.
5.4 Just Eat reserves the right to delay the payment of any Incentive for the purposes of investigating possible violation of the Terms.
5.5 Just Eat reserves the right to disqualify any Courier from any Incentive at any time at its sole discretion for suspected fraud, abuse, violation of the Terms and/or any law which may also result in non-payment or forfeiture of all Incentive earnings previously earned through the Incentive Program and/or deactivation of Your courier account.
5.6 You are solely responsible for any tax liability that may result from the receipt of any Incentive.
