Who are Collective?
Collective is a platform designed specifically for independent entrepreneurs.
From September 1st 2021, eligible couriers will have access to a range of insurance coverage and discounts through Collective:
- Accident & Injury Pay: keep getting paid if you get injured and are unable to work.
- Family & Compassionate Leave: paid leave if you welcome a new family member or lose a loved one.
- Critical Injury Cover: compensation in the case of disablement or accidental death.
- Digital Physio: diagnose, treat and prevent common driving injuries with specialist physio support.
- Digital GP: skip the queue with quick, online consultations and prescriptions for you and your family.
- Mental health support: 24/7 emotional support, expert advice and counselling.
- Everyday savings: save money each day with hand-picked discounts on food, fuel, technology and more!
Who’s eligible?
Couriers are automatically covered, for free, for certain injuries and incidents that leave you injured or unable to work any time you’re checked-in to a Delivery Run, including when you’re using the “Pause” feature. Although remember - this insurance policy doesn’t replace the motor insurance and ‘hire and reward’ insurance you need if you’re using a motor vehicle to make deliveries.
Additional support and discounts will be available for all Just Eat Ireland couriers who have made a delivery within the last four weeks. If for any reason you don’t make a delivery through us for four weeks or more, your access to these discounts will be paused. But don’t worry - once you start making deliveries again, your access will be reactivated!
How do I sign up??
Look out for an email from Collective after you complete your first delivery run inviting you to sign up. Signing up is completely free and takes less than 30 seconds.
