As an independent contractor:

Exercise your discretion on conducting bike deliveries in adverse weather conditions. You have the ability to accept or decline orders and drop, end, or pick up runs at any time.

The Rules of the Road suggests that cyclists should wear a cycle helmet and we strongly support this. Couriers are required to abide by all laws in their region relating to the safe operation of a bike and required safety gear.
